Renewal notices
Let the assistant tell residents about the renewal offers you make, and optionally make offers from your pricing menu.
You make renewal offers on Leasing › Renewals. With Send renewal notices on, the assistant tells residents about them before the lease ends, answers questions, and lets them renew online or by text. An acceptance adds the renewal to the lease with its new rent and sends the agreement to sign. It never negotiates rent; anything else it passes to you.
Settings
- Days before the lease ends, and Offer expires (days before end).
- Make offers automatically: at the first notice day, offer the lease's renewal pricing menu, only the terms within Largest increase it may offer (%). Leases with no menu, or bigger increases, wait for you.
- Renewal notices are off by default and count toward the two-contacts-a-week limit.
