Text messaging terms

Last updated 30 September 2026

Property management companies use StrivBridge to text their prospects and residents. These terms explain those messages. The company you hear from is the sender; StrivBridge is the service it uses.

What you will receive

  • Prospects: replies to your questions about homes for rent, tour times and confirmations, and follow-ups about your inquiry, some answered by an AI assistant that says it is one.
  • Residents: rent and payment reminders and receipts, maintenance updates, notices and messages from your property manager.

You receive these messages because you gave your number to the property manager, for example in an inquiry or application, and agreed to be contacted by text. Agreeing is not a condition of renting a home or buying anything.

How often

Message frequency varies with your conversations and your account. A prospect usually receives a few messages around an inquiry or a tour; a resident receives messages about their own payments, requests and notices.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Neither StrivBridge nor the property manager charges you for these messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that number. You will receive one message confirming it, and no more after that.
  • Reply START to begin receiving them again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact your property manager. You can also email hello@strivbridge.com.

Stopping texts does not stop messages your property manager must send by other means, such as legal notices.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and the content of your messages are used only to provide this messaging and are not sold or shared for others' marketing. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing. The property manager decides how it uses your information; how StrivBridge handles it is in our Privacy Policy.
