Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone using StrivBridge through a customer's account, including through the API and the AI features.

You may not use StrivBridge to

• Discriminate unlawfully in housing -- in criteria, advertising, steering, pricing, terms or decisions -- or to deny reasonable accommodations, in breach of fair housing laws.
• Obtain or use consumer reports without a permissible purpose, or skip notices screening laws require.
• Text or call anyone without the consent the law requires, ignore opt-outs, contact people outside lawful hours, or send spam.
• Record calls without the consent the law requires.
• Have the AI leasing agent claim to be a person, or configure it to give prospects different information because of a protected characteristic.
• Upload competitors' non-public pricing, occupancy or lease data, or use rent recommendations to coordinate prices with other landlords.
• Collect debts, threaten or harass anyone in breach of debt collection, landlord-tenant or consumer protection laws.
• Store or send content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory or harassing, or malware.
• Upload personal information you have no right to use, or Social Security numbers, health or biometric data the Service is not designed to hold.
• Probe, scan or test the Service's security, other than through our responsible disclosure process at hello@strivbridge.com.
• Access another customer's data, share accounts, or get around access controls, rate limits or usage limits.
• Copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Overload the Service or use it in a way that harms its availability for others.

If something goes wrong

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, and suspend or end access that breaks this policy or puts the Service, other customers or the public at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Report misuse to hello@strivbridge.com.
