Where prices come from

Your own leasing activity, never another company's private data.

Leasing › Pricing suggests new-lease prices from the property's own leasing activity: how many homes need a new resident and how many people are asking. Nothing uses another company's private data, and your data is never pooled with anyone else's.

What the engine looks at

  • Homes that are vacant, on notice, or open in 30, 60 or 90 days.
  • Leads, tours and applications over the last 28 days.
  • Days vacant, current rents, lease endings and your own price history.
  • Specials you are running, spread over the lease term.
