Work order intake and triage

Requests arrive from residents, staff, inspections and the assistant. Triage them in one list.

Operations › Maintenance is the single list of work orders. Requests arrive from residents in the portal, from staff, from inspections, and from your AI assistant, which files requests with urgency and duplicate checks and texts whoever is on call for emergencies.
