Portfolio

A portfolio can mix apartment communities, scattered single-family homes, small multifamily buildings and mixed-use or retail space. Managers often group properties by region, owner, manager or type for staffing and reporting.

Portfolio-level reporting shows trends that single properties hide, such as which region has rising delinquency or where turn times are slipping. Consistent setup across properties, such as the same chart of accounts and charge codes, is what makes portfolio reporting reliable.
