The record of a prospective resident, capturing contact details, preferences, lead source and every interaction.
A guest card is created when someone inquires by phone, text, email, listing site or walk-in. It stores desired move-in date, bedrooms, budget, pets and notes, and it tracks tours, follow-ups and the path to an application.
Complete guest cards make follow-up possible and produce reliable lead source and conversion data. Duplicate cards for the same person distort those numbers and should be merged.
