Leasing
Lead source
Where a prospect first heard about or contacted a property, such as a listing site, the website, signage or a referral.
Each guest card records a lead source so managers can see which channels produce leads, tours and signed leases. Cost per lease for a source equals what was spent on that source divided by the leases it produced.
Accurate lead source data tells a manager where to spend and where to cut. It depends on capturing the source consistently, ideally automatically from tracking numbers and listing integrations.
