Consent agreements and notifications

Record the consents you need for electronic delivery, and decide who is notified about what.

Some deliveries need the recipient's consent first. Setup › Consent agreements holds the consent types StrivBridge tracks, including:

Consent to receive monthly statements and packets by email.
Consent to receive statutory notices electronically rather than on paper.
Consent to receive a 1099 electronically, required before one may be delivered that way.

Consent for texts and for AI phone calls is separate. Prospects agree to texts in conversation, and residents agree to calls from an AI in the resident portal. A text opt-out stops calls too.
