Change history and audit

Setup › Security shows which tables record a real, queryable change history and what they have recorded. Turn it on for records where you need to know who changed what, such as work orders, leases and payables.

When someone asks what happened to a record, start with its history, then the AI audit log if the assistant or Rivr was involved, then the period close snapshot if it is a question about the books.

• Work orders with history on show every status change, oldest first.
• Compliance › AI audit log records every action by your AI assistant and by Rivr.
• Financial › Period close keeps a permanent trial balance snapshot for every closed month, and a reason for every reopen.
• Recent activity on the Dashboard shows what has happened across the portfolio today.
