The differences
Where StrivBridge is different.
Per-transaction fees
Buildium publishes per-transaction fees that vary by plan, such as $2.35 per incoming EFT on Essential and $5 per eSignature document. StrivBridge charges no per-transaction fees of its own; payment processor fees may apply.
AI and API on every account
Buildium prices its Lumina AI Workforce separately and lists the Open API on Premium. StrivBridge includes the AI leasing agent and the public API in its one plan.
Revenue management
StrivBridge includes unit pricing recommendations. Buildium's own article describes revenue management as a separate layer on top of a property management system.
Trial length
StrivBridge's free trial is 30 days; Buildium's is 14 days. Neither needs a credit card.
To be fair
When Buildium may fit better.
Buildium may be the better fit if you manage community associations, want a long-established vendor with a large marketplace, or prefer choosing a tier and paying only for the transactions you use. Its Essential plan can cost less than StrivBridge's $65 minimum for very small portfolios that need few features.
