Running a turn after move-out
From the move-out inspection to rent ready, with every task tracked.
A turn is a small project with a deadline: the next resident's move-in, or the next day of lost rent. Run it the same way every time.
Before move-out
- When notice is given, schedule the move-out inspection and book vendors you already know you will need, such as cleaning and paint.
- Pull the move-in inspection so you can compare photos.
