Building reports and dashboards

Ask for a report in plain words or build it field by field, then arrange reports on dashboards.

Overview › Analytics lets you build reports and charts from any data you can see, and arrange them on dashboards. Reports always run as the person viewing them, so a report shared with a leasing agent shows only their properties.

Build a report

Open Overview › Analytics and choose Build with AI, or New report.
With Build with AI, ask in plain words, for example rent collected vs billed by property this year.
With New report, choose the data and fields yourself, then the chart type.
Save the report with a clear name.
